Terms
These terms describe your use of Self Runtime, your responsibilities and the practical limits of a service that shares personal context with your permission.
Using the service
By creating an account or using Self Runtime, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for another person or organization, you must have permission to do so.
Self Runtime provides a personal-state vault, versioned claims, selected imports, application grants, context reads, change events and activity records. Features available to you depend on the current product and your plan.
Your account and context
You remain responsible for the context you add, the accuracy of facts you confirm and the connections you authorize. Keep your account credentials and grant tokens secure. Use the service only for information you have the right to provide.
You retain your rights in your content. You give Self Runtime permission to store, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions. This permission does not allow us to sell your personal facts or use them for model training.
Application permissions
A grant permits a named application to receive selected context for a stated purpose and duration. Separate permissions let it suggest changes or automatically update eligible non-sensitive fields. Automatic updates require the owner's explicit delegation; imports still require individual review. A recipient must respect its grant, the user's choices and its own retention declaration. Recipients must not bypass scope limits, share credentials, make unauthorized onward disclosures or treat a personalization grant as consent for unrelated training.
When access expires or is revoked, the recipient must stop using the credential and follow its applicable retention and invalidation obligations. Acknowledgements must accurately describe the recipient's action. User-registered applications are not automatically reviewed, endorsed or verified by Self Runtime.
Practical limits
- Current does not mean independently verified. A confirmed claim records the user's confirmation or acceptance under an explicitly delegated automatic-update permission. The service does not certify medical, legal, financial or other factual correctness.
- Connected applications must participate. Updates require a compatible integration. Self Runtime does not promise synchronization with every assistant or access to another platform's private memory.
- Revocation controls future service access. It cannot guarantee removal of previously received data from another application's systems.
- Delivery may be repeated or delayed. Integrations should handle duplicate events, verify signatures and retrieve current authorized context before relying on an update.
- Availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider interruptions and network failures may temporarily affect access. Keep an export when you need an independent copy.
Do not rely on Self Runtime as the sole source for emergency decisions or as a substitute for professional judgment.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access someone else's vault without permission, impersonate an application, collect personal information unlawfully, probe accounts you do not control, distribute malicious content or interfere with service operation. Do not submit false delivery or deletion acknowledgements.
We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security incidents, nonpayment or violations of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support.
Plans and billing
Free includes up to three active application connections. Plus includes up to 100 active connections under fair use. Correction, revocation, export and deletion are available on both plans.
When billing is enabled, Plus is offered at $12 per month or $99 per year in USD. Checkout shows the amount and billing interval before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew unless canceled. Manage or cancel billing through the application's billing settings. Contact support@selfruntime.dev with billing or refund questions.
Changes to future prices or plan terms will be communicated before they apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service, revoke connections, export your vault or delete your account through the application. Account deletion removes active account data and cancels associated paid billing when applicable. Previously received context remains subject to each application's separate responsibilities and retention practices.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. For questions about this agreement, contact legal@selfruntime.dev.
